Editor's Review
Economy Wholesale Grocers has carved a niche in El Paso's wholesale market, boasting a solid rating of 4.1 out of 5 from 29 reviews. The store stands out for its extensive range of nearly 3,000 items and its family-owned charm since 1958. "Visit Economy Cash and Carry for all your bulk shopping needs," says Luis Peña Jr., highlighting the variety available, from food to cleaning supplies. It's a go-to for those looking to stock up without breaking the bank.
However, it's not all smooth sailing. Customers frequently mention stock issues. Omar pointedly noted, "some stuff is ALWAYS out of stock especially the Styrofoam cups." This inconsistency seems to frustrate both regular shoppers and delivery drivers alike, with Barry Peele expressing his struggles with unloading due to the store’s slow processes. Despite these hiccups, the overall sentiment is positive, especially for those who need bulk items.
