I dont normally go out of my way to rate a place, but I haven't once gotten through to anyone on the phone. Order pickups don't update . The only good parts are my preferred shoppers and they work for shipt.
This is specifically for the drive up people and Starbucks crew. It's really the little things that spark joy. Thanks for the all little drawings on my Starbucks drive up orders all the time. I look forward to ordering just because of this.
Regularly out of items. I have never been able to get anyone to pick up the phone at Guest Services doesn't matter if you call early in the morning or late in the evening or in the middle of the day.
