Editor's Review

Savers in Cleveland has established itself as a well-loved destination for secondhand clothing and household goods since 1992. With a solid overall rating of 4.0 out of 5 based on 682 reviews, this family-owned store attracts a diverse crowd, particularly those looking for budget-friendly options. Reviewers appreciate the unique finds, often noting that you never quite know what treasures await you on the racks. As Judy remarked, "I absolutely love this store! I find beautiful brand name clothes for a fraction of the cost." The store's appeal is further enhanced by its regular deals, such as 20% off your next purchase when you drop off unwanted items and the popular Member Mondays with 50% off for Super Savers Club members.

However, not all experiences have been positive. Some customers voiced concerns about the shopping environment and staff interactions. For instance, one reviewer lamented, "Left the store empty-handed and highly upset... I don't feel comfortable spending money on apparel that I might not fit into," which highlights a notable issue with the absence of dressing rooms. This sentiment has echoed through different reviews, where a few patrons felt that the staff could be more attentive and welcoming. As one frustrated shopper put it, "They should be focusing on the people who are actually causing problems, not treating paying customers like criminals." Despite these drawbacks, the thrill of the hunt for hidden gems has kept many returning to this Cleveland gem.

Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers looking for unique clothing and household items.

I guess if you're looking for something thats on a discount shelf, it might be worth it. Other than that, you can get brand new clothes around the same price at tj max or other stores like that. I feel it's over priced and not the best looking stuff.

This was honestly one of the worst store experiences I have ever had. I came in to spend my money and support the store, and instead I was treated like a thief. The staff – particularly the guy with the curly hair and the girl working with him – were...
